@Watch out the charges and ask for a full explanation of the charges vs insurance coverage. The service of my dental bridge was OK. However, They tricked me on my charges. I brought my insurance coverage letter and showed the front desk clerk my insurance limit before making my appointment to have the bridge. The front desk clerk checked on the computer and confirmed with me that remaining amount of my policy is enough to cover my bridge and the next dental clean. At the date and before my dental bridge installation, I asked the front desk clerk again, I was assured that it is fully covered. Just before the work started, the front desk clerk brought me a paper, asked me to sign without telling me the charge is for me to pay. I thought it is the bill that they were going to submit to my insurance company and I signed it. I did not realized that the charge more than $1200 in excess of amount remaining of my insurance company was on me because I had been assured that my insurance policy is enough for not only this bridge installation but also for the next dental clean. I was being misled to pay the amount out my pocket, which also ran out all of my insurance policy limit for the next

Very poor experience since Dr. Greenspan. Dentist who checked me had a very business like mindset. First time the hygenist didn't bother to floss. Clearly we need to find another practice. Dentist was looking after his own interest

I’ve been seeing Dr. Rotter at Dental Associates of Fair Oaks for over a decade, and I highly recommend him. He’s professional, gentle, and exceptionally skilled. I’ve even had dentists abroad compliment the quality of his work, which says a lot. Dr. Rotter and his assistant, Wajma, are always kind and welcoming, and they make every visit a great experience.

What an amazing dental experience! From the first moments of being greeted by smiling faces and helpful staff at the front desk, to a super kind radiologist, to THE BEST hygienist, Mahvish, and a very capable Dr. Rotter. It was truly a pleasure. This was my first cleaning in a while (I know, it’s bad), and not only was I treated with complete kindness and respect, but Mahvish went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable, and kept the conversation light and enjoyable throughout the visit. As a first-time patient, I can say they now have a client for life. Bravo! You can’t go wrong with this great team. :)

Hygienist Tracee is absolutely amazing. She is extremely thorough with deep cleaning and always takes the time to do a careful periodontal check-up. She explains everything clearly, makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the appointment, and is very gentle yet detailed in her work. I really appreciate how attentive and professional she is. My teeth always feel incredibly clean after seeing her. Highly recommend Tracee for anyone looking for excellent dental care!
